Is there a fee associated with SGADF membership, and how can it be paid?

Yes, there is a nominal membership or affiliation fee associated with registering under the School Games and Activity Development Foundation (SGADF). This fee helps support the administration, organization of sports events, certification services, and youth development programs across India and abroad.

For individual members (players, students, coaches, officials), the fee is generally low and accessible, depending on the category—student registration, coach registration, or volunteer signup. For institutions such as schools, academies, or sports clubs, the affiliation fee varies depending on the level of registration—district, state, or national.

All payments are processed online through the official SGADF website https://sgadf.com. Once a user fills the membership or registration form, the platform redirects to a secure payment gateway where fees can be paid using:

  • Credit or debit cards

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net banking

After successful payment, users receive a confirmation email, followed by a receipt and Unique Registration ID. This ID is essential for accessing further services like event participation, ID card generation, or certificate downloads.

SGADF ensures that fees are kept affordable to promote widespread access and inclusion in sports and youth development programs.
