Sachin Tendulkar’s Son Arjun Tendulkar Shared His Post-Workout Photo On Instagram

Arjun Tendulkar is the son of India legend Sachin Tendulkar who is presently in UAE and is encouraging the Mumbai Indians’ (MI) batsmen to prepare for IPL 2020. In 2018, Arjun played in India’s Under-19 in Youth Test matches. He confirmed that he has moved to UAE as a part of net bowlers contingent.

In the past as well, he has been part of Mumbai Indian’s practice sessions. Apart from that, he has also bowled against the Indian cricket team on several incidents.

ArjunEarlier this week, Arjun confirmed that he has traveled to UAE with Mumbai Indians. The 20-year-old has left the fans amazed by his new Instagram post – where he can be seen flaunting his abs in his post-workout pic.

The national team and many IPL franchises have fixed specific minimum fitness standards for selection, and it seems like Arjun has been paying extra consideration to his fitness for IPL.

The rules do not allow a non-registered player to be part of IPL. Still, given that the teams are already leading a set of players to UAE, they might be permitted to rope in a player from the group of players who are in the United Arab Emirates.

The tall and lean pacer is also a skillful batsman and can score important runs while batting at any place. Apart from junior cricket, he has even been playing in the Mumbai T20 League. Arjun is still to make his debut in the senior Indian cricket team.

He also has the knowledge of bowling to the England cricket team. Three years back, he injured Jonny Bairstow with a yorker and made him miss the entire practice session. A few days back, he bowled against the Indian women’s team on the eve of the World Cup final.

Arjun is assumed to make his debut in the domestic cricket soon. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians is all set to play against Chennai Super Kings in the season-opener on September 19.
