The SGADF Board of Directors comprises individuals with expertise in sports, education, administration, and youth development. At the center is Mr. Shivam Thakur, the Founder and President of SGADF. A former national-level shooter and sports enthusiast, Shivam Thakur established SGADF with the vision to make quality sports education and competition accessible to all, especially at the grassroots level.
The board includes:
Vice Presidents – who assist in national policy and event planning.
General Secretary – responsible for communication, documentation, and administration.
Treasurer – handles financial planning, audit reports, and budget approvals.
National Event Coordinators – who oversee the implementation of sports championships, rule enforcement, and player management.
State Presidents and Secretaries – part of the extended executive body who relay directives from the national board to local entities.
Additional positions like Director of International Affairs, Youth Club Heads, Technical Committee Leaders, and Media and Branding Officers round out the leadership team.
All members are either elected or appointed based on their credentials and contributions to SGADF’s goals. The board ensures compliance, integrity, and alignment with SGADF’s core values—transparency, inclusion, and empowerment through sport.
