1. Yashmeen Chauhan

Yashmeen Chauhan, 38, from Gurgaon, Haryana is also known as the ‘Iron Lady’ has achieved multiple awards in bodybuilding.

Yashmeen registered two gold medals at IBBFF Miss India Competition, 2016.

After she registered her victory in Women’s Fitness and Women’s Physique categories, She got titled as Indian Body Building and Fitness Federation (IBBFF) Miss India in 2016.

In 2016, she also achieved bronze at the IFBB’s 50th Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships in Beijing, China.

After two decades of intense training and hard-work now she owes a gym in Gurgaon.

2. Sonali Swami

Sona Swami, 41, from Bangalore, Karnataka is a certified Bowka and Zumba who later proved herself in bodybuilding.

In 2016, Sonali won a bronze medal at the 50th Asian Bodybuilding Championships in Bhutan in the Women’s Model Physique category.

3. Ankita Singh

Ankita Singh

Ankita has been focusing on her fitness since 2008 and entered bodybuilding in 2014.

She registered herself fifth in the Women’s Fitness Physique category at the 6th Physique Sports Championships and World Body Building in the year 2014.

Afterward, she was the top five finalists in Jerrai Classics in 2015.

In 2016, she came fourth at the Miss India Championships in Raipur. Ankita achieved a bronze medal at IBBF Miss India Bikfocusingsique in 2017.

4. Deepika Chaudhary

Deepika Chaudhary

Deepika Chaudhary, 34, from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is India’s first female IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) professional.

She was the first woman to win an international competition, Overall Figure category at the NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships, the USA in 2015.

5. Kiran Dembla

Kiran Dembla

Kiran Dembla, 41, is a certified aerobics trainer and personal trainer. She consults and guides Anushka Shetty and Tamanna Bhatia.

In 2013, she came sixth in her Bodybuilding debut in Hungary. She is now focusing on her goals to participate in the World Bodybuilding Championship in the near future.
