ShipraQ: What is Shipra’s workout routine?

I do 35-40min cardio every day. And abs workout twice in a week.

My workout routine is as follows:

Day1: Quads & glutes

Day2: Shoulder

Day3: Chest and tricep

Day4: Hamstring and glutes

Day5: Back and biceps

Day6: Quads & glutes

1 day rest in a week

Q: What Shipra likes? More ethnic or Gymwear

I like both depends on the occasion. When I attend social gatherings, wedding functions, etc I used to wear ethnic clothes while in the gym or in fitness events I love to wear gym attire.

Q: Would you like to give some healthy food suggestions to boost immunity amid pandemic?

1.Exercise Daily. Exercise daily for at least an hour.

2. Eat the Right Foods and Portion Each Meal. No matter how bad your stomach is telling you to go for candy over healthy food, try to stay away from sweets.

3. Keep Track of Calories and Food Intake Per Day.

4. Be Sure to Get Sleep.

5. Stay Motivated.

Q: During this pandemic, the situation has online training at home been equally effective as gym training.

Yeah. it’s true.

Because people are totally depending on the gym whether they follow a diet or not. There are average people in our India who can’t live without their workout. So Now, gyms are closed and we people suffering a lot this time.
