Preity Zinta who updated her fans about her test results from the hotel has finally ended the compulsory quarantine in Dubai where she will be attending the Indian Premier League 2020 as co-owner of the IPL team Kings XI Punjab. Coming out hale and hearty, the diva revealed the beans on how she “kept steady during quarantine'” and fitness enthusiasts can’t support but take note.

On her Instagram handle, Preity posted a video highlighting her intense workout session, that is all the motivation we require to get us through the rest of the week. Wearing a white halter neck top and a pair of green yoga pants, Preity was observed being in the balcony as she exercised. Pulling back her hair in a top knot to keep the hair off her face, the gorgeous actress performed her workout appearance in a pair of grey sneakers.

From squats and jumping jacks and lunges with resistance bands, Preity’s high-intensity fitness workout seems too contagious to not try at home. She added in the caption, “This is how I kept sane during quarantine It doesn’t mean where you are, you must obtain the motivation to work out so endorphins can elevate you up with happiness #pzfit #Dubai #PzIpldiaries #Dontgiveup #Ting.”

Earlier, Preity had recognized the struggles of BCCI, KXIP management, and the staff at the Sofitel The Palm Dubai and thanked them all for taking care to keep the cricket team members safe throughout this IPL season amid the pandemic Covid-19.

She covered up the quarantine only after she was examined negative thrice for COVID-19.
