Cyclone Amphan Updates: Super Cyclone Amphan wreaked havoc along the coastline and coastal areas of West Bengal and Odisha on Wednesday as the cyclonic storm triggered off heavy rains coupled with gusty winds in excess of 150 kmphs.
As per official figures, at least three people were declared dead and over 5 lakh were evacuated by the state authorities after the cyclonic storm caused a lot of damage to farmlands and residential households in the coastal areas of Bengal and Odisha
Several parts of West Bengal and Odisha have been lashed by gusty winds and heavy rains.
