Her freshest Instagram post is for the people who have been working from home and sit in front of the laptop all day long. Sitting on a chair and desk, and working the entire day, without taking any regular breaks can head to neck and back pain. In her new post, Bhagyashree speaks about the essential exercises that assist with stiff muscles.

She received the effective video with the caption, “Sitting in front of your laptops when you are working at home, or for children who are studying on their computers or indeed if you are clearly stressed, the muscles of your neck, shoulders and back get concerned.
