The SWEAT App Launched Barre and Yoga Workouts

High-intensity strength workouts probably come to mind when you think of Kayla Itsines’ SWEAT app. From bodyweight-only plans to cardio-focused exercise, SWEAT has encouraged millions of people worldwide to reach their fitness goals. But if you desire something distinct from the app, you’re in luck as SWEAT just launched barre and yoga programs directed by three new talented trainers.

“The truth is many women don’t exercise using one fitness style,” Itsines revealed in a statement. “They want to be capable to add other fitness styles, like barre or yoga, besides their high-intensity and strength workouts. Women need more determination and quality in their workouts with the ease and power to exercise on their own terms.”

Before the latest launch, SWEAT previously offered a Body and Mind Yoga (BAM) program highlighting yoga-inspired movements trained by yogi Sjana Elise. The program is presently developing to give even more sessions with the guidance of vinyasa instructors Phyllicia Bonanno and Ania Tippkemper. Their new plans include Yoga with Phyllicia and Yoga with Ania and will sit alongside Elise’s existing BAM program on the app.

Bonanno’s six-week program is effective for people of all fitness levels and needs no equipment but just a yoga mat, or you can use a towel instead).
