Fitness needs time, patience, and planning. Without these three factors, you could be on the long painful journey to no destination.

It requires hard work, workout, and proper diet followed every day to get the body of your dreams. Fitness and the perfect body you desired, needs some time and sincerity followed by a complete workout training regularly.

A couple of long gym workout sessions twice thrice in a week or a month will lead you to end up getting nothing. So a proper diet and regular workout session can take you to the body of your dreams.

Having energy bars or sports drinks before and post-workout sessions is permissible but having unnecessary and unhealthy food items won’t lead you anywhere.
