Suresh Raina Shared His Thrsday Motivation With Fans

Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina shared his fitness message on Twitter. Raina retired from all formats of international cricket in August 2020. He also drew out of the recently closed Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 due to personal grounds and his presence was missed.

The 33-year-old shared a video, where he was performing some stretching exercises and captioned as, “When you are in a really good workout flow, feels so great to stretch those muscles #ThursdayMotivation”.

Raina had traveled to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for IPL 2020 but returned home due to a fallout about a hotel room in the bio-secure bubble according to the rumors in media. However, Raina denied those rumors in an interview with NDTV and said it was a personal decision.

Raina’s presence was missed in the IPL 2020, as he has scored 5368 runs from 193 IPL matches, at a strike rate of 137.14. He is among the second list of run-scorers in IPL history and has grabbed a ton in the tournament and 38 fifties. He has also slammed 493 fours and 194 sixes and is the first-ever cricketer to reach 5000 runs in IPL.

For India, Raina was a crucial member and captain of the Indian cricket team who won the 2011 World Cup. He has also captained the national team.
