The fitness lover can be viewed practicing the Dolphin Pose that is acknowledged to be excellent for the core and shoulders when appropriately performed.

The pose is acknowledged to be a useful exercise for the wrist, and also operates on the muscles of the legs, upper back, shoulders and arms. It gives spinal flexibility and also provides flexibility to the calves and hamstrings while opening the shoulders. Moreover, it also helps in improving memory and concentration and releases stress.

How to do: 

Be on all fours and join the wrists right under the shoulders with the legs straight. Lower your elbows to the floor. Put the forearms parallel to each other. Assure the weight is equally distributed across both forearms. Tuck the toes and raise the knees off the floor. Gently unfold the legs. Use the shoulder blades into the upper back ribs and toward the tailbone. Make sure the ears are joined to the upper arms. Do at least 20 times.Exhale to bend the knees smoothly. Proceed to the child pose or balasana to rest.

Contraindications

Be cautious if you have shoulder, arm, neck, or back injury. Be cautious if you hold an ear infection or high blood pressure. If you are a beginner, it is always great to start your workout with a trained professional, and not use yourself too much.
