Malaika Shared Her Yoga For The Week And Gave Major Fitness Goals

Pushing us to take our Yoga mats out Malaika Arora shed a new fitness challenge this Monday. Inspiring fans to “exercise every inch of your muscle and welcome new ambitions and aims, Malaika was observed practicing how to celebrate strength in one’s body with Virabhadrasana or the Warrior Pose 2 of Yoga.

Holding the exercise she moved by the poolside, Malaika wrote in the caption, “It’s time to relax, slow down and celebrate you and your loved ones. Relax in the sun, relax by the pool, exercise every inch of your muscle, and welcome new hopes and aims.” She added, “Today’s pose celebrates the strength in you. Virabhadrasana, also known as Warrior Pose 2. The pose stretches your hips, groins, and shoulders. Enhances stability and balance, improving respiration and blood circulation.”

Malaika can be seen wearing a pink-colored sports bra and blue colored casual shorts. She tied her hair in a messy bun. Malaika also shared the step by step guide to follow and practice the exercise.

Benefits of Virabhadrasana:

Virabhadrasana or the Warrior Pose 2 stimulates weak legs and opens up your chest and lungs apart from stretching your hips, groins, and shoulders and enhancing balance and stability. It also stimulates your abdominal parts.
