GNC Health and Nutritious

Guardian healthcare is the Indian franchise partner of US based Company GNC in India, which is a health and nutrition company. The deal which got sealed is not yet disclosed however, according to media reports, the fresh funding values Guardian Healthcare around 250 crore.

Shadab Khan, the CEO of GNC India, appreciates John Abraham for his passion and discipline for fitness and further says “that their mutual relationship is much beyond of the endorsement fees.”  He further adds,” Being a fitness enthusiast, John will also pose as the face of GNC in India as well as disseminates mass message to the youth regarding conventional myths and confusion about the health supplements.”

In India, Guardian Healthcare being the master franchisee for GNC retains exclusive distribution and marketing rights across the country.

At this moment GNC renders its health & nutrition products through 75 stores in India & nearly all products are imported from its home market based in Pittsburgh, an inevitable reason for higher price tags and a time lag of three to four months.

Opening more gates for GNC in the Indian market, in March this year, Guardian Healthcare has announced its plan in March this year to make GNC products available at approximately 4,000 new retail outlets across India by 2020.
