When it comes to fitness, this Sri Lankan beauty always gives her fans major fitness goals. We are talking about Jacqueline Fernandez, who is active with her yoga and workout routine on Instagram. She always tries to encourage and motivate people towards fitness. 

Sharing a sneak peek with the fans of her intense workout, the Race actress posted a picture of herself nailing the triangle pose of Yoga or Trikonasana.

Jacqueline Fernandez shared her picture featuring the gorgeous can be seen in white and pink spaghetti tops matched with pink Yoga pants. Pulling back her hair in a no-nonsense ponytail, the diva chose for a no-makeup look and flaunted her flexible moves.

Standing with her feet one leg-length aside and knees unbent, Jacqueline turned the right foot perfectly to the body and the left foot inside while holding the heels in line with the hips. 

Stretching her body as far as comfortable to the right, Jacqueline touched the ground by losing her right hand to the front of the right foot while stretching her left arm is vertical. Having the spine parallel to the floor, she turned her head to look at the left thumb. Though an insignificantly complex Yoga asana, Jacqueline Fernandez looked a bit comfortable at it.

Trikonasana includes the entire body. Its benefits include healing the neck sprain, stimulating and transporting the blood flow throughout the body and veins, decreasing any risks of a block or stroke, stimulating the digestive system, enhancing the spine’s flexibility, and improving the alignment of shoulders. It also relieves digestive problems while stimulating the ankles and the palms, decreasing the piled up stress and anxiety, and even decreases distress during menstruation.
