J-Wellness a Steady State of the Mind, Body and Soul to Complete Composure and Life Quality

I-Wellness is further to grow a catchphrase like J-Wellness and K-Beauty. Despite India’s great healing traditions, Ayurveda and yoga aren’t part of daily fitness schedules worldwide. But Japan’s ancient esoteric healing and wellness culture is capturing the world’s imagination that’s always seeking new wonder cures. J-Wellness is a steady-state of the mind, body, and soul to complete composure and life quality.

According to the Global Wellness Summit 2020 Report mentions, “Japan is not still, but preferably executing interesting discoveries on top of its cultural traditions of faith, demanding quality in all concerns, and a deep reverence for nature.” The world has woken up to the power of J-Wellness, which is driven by Ikigai—the Japanese word for a reason to live’. Ikigai is a mystical inner space of equilibrium where requirements, desires, goals, and well-being come together. Just like in classical Indian healing practices, philosophy rests at the heart of J-Wellness.

Take Kintsugi—the art of improving ‘broken pottery’ and Wabi-sabi that includes the flawed or the imperfect—an object’s use indicates its value after its broken parts, cuts, and improvements show events in its presence similar to a human being’s journey through life. The Japanese philosophy of ‘mushin’, or ‘no-mind’ is related to Kintsugi and promotes non-attachment, recognition of diversity, and future as human life features.
