Gauahar Khan shares her Deadlifts video encouraging her fans to ‘level up’

We never imagined we could sweat simply by scrolling through social media feeds, but Bollywood diva Gauahar Khan caught us off guard with her weightlifting video. Setting powerlifting goals as she led some incredibly impressive weight, the ‘Chokra Jawan’ star inspired fans to “level up” post her strength training workout.

Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared a video highlighting her lifting a loaded barbell effortlessly off the ground to the level of her hips. While her body remained straight to the ground, our jaws did fall in awe.Wearing a black printed spaghetti top coupled with olive green yoga pants, Gauahar made her workout look with a pair of black sports shoes and hair drew out of her face into a low bun. She was nailing with her vigorous back exercise; Gauahar captioned the video clip, “Can u guess how many kgs am I lifting ??? Correct answers will get a !!! Level up indeed ! #reels #fitness (sic).”

Deadlifts are the strength-training exercise that targets the gluteus maximus, which work on the hamstrings, quadriceps femoris, and erector spine. The curves and lifts in the compound exercise strengthen the muscles to enhance your body’s stability and size in the posterior chain.

This strength training workout is the most beneficial for fat-burning and muscle-building. When we were moving away from exercising this weekend, Gauahar’s video moved us motivated for the rest of the day. However, this challenging exercise is recommended if you can perform it correctly with conditioned arms, shoulders, back, excellent grip strength, and a super-strong core. Bringing your internal ego to the exercise is not worth it.
